The British Federation of Film Societies held its Film Society of the Year Awards at the weekend. We are delighted to announce that this site, along with the Keswick Film Festival site, picked up the awards for Best Website.
As well as Best Website, Keswick Film Club was also awarded a Distinction for Programming and a Commendation for Best Marketing.

End of Season
As this season draws to a close we're busy putting the final touches to the new programme. It should be published on the site on Wednesday evening so please come back and see what we have lined up for 2007.

2007 Festival Offer
We are offering a special discount for the 2007 Film Festival - buy your pass before 24th December and you get it at 2006 rates, that's non-members £29, members £24 and students and claimants £15.
This is to encourage you to buy all your children, friends, nephews, nieces etc their Christmas present passes!

What we would ask you to do, because of the rush at the Box Office on a Sunday, is to put your name and address and passes wanted in an envelope with a cheque to Keswick Film Club. Hand it over to us as you buy your ticket next Sunday or drop it through the Alhambra's letter box. Don't be shy to enclose your donation to the running of the Festival - we won't tell anyone. We will then deliver or mail your passes to you in the following week.
